Letter N Spelling Puzzles
ELA, Language Development, Phonics, Spelling, Kindergarten, Preschool, Activities
Letter N Spelling Puzzles introduces preschoolers and kindergarteners to spelling 5 common words that begin with the letter N using hands-on picture puzzles. Students will build vocabulary and phonics skills as they learn that words are comprised of individual letters and sounds. The puzzles feature high interest images like a nest, narwhal, net, nail, and nachos. Each letter of the word is separated onto different pieces that students will put together. Teachers can implement these no-prep literacy activities in small groups, literacy centers , morning tubs, or table top activities. The puzzles develop early spelling, letter recognition, beginning sounds, and fine motor skills. Simply print, cut, and laminate pieces for a durable resource that easily fits inside a task box when not in use.
