The preparation bit: print out the mats, cut around the lion heads and laminate them. Then gather non-permanent markers (don't use permanent ones!) along with dollar store toothbrushes. The activity: learners draw dots over each sound on the lions' heads using dry erase markers then brush off these dots using their toothbrushes revealing a hidden letter underneath. Learners are then encouraged to vocalize its corresponding sound aloud! Bonus: This meticulous exercise also enhances fine motor skills by holding toothbrushes and drawing with markers while honing hand-eye coordination in an engaging educational context! Please note that this product is part of our Chinese New Year 2019 Games & Learning Bundle packs so if you've previously purchased it, there’s no need for additional acquisitions!
