These units can be taught out of order. They are only numbered for your convenience.
Through using this Kindergarten Health: Unit 5, students will explore and learn to identify daily healthy habits.
Included in this unit:
* Students will learn what to do if they are lost by learning their phone numbers of a parent or guardian.
* Students will also learn their address and full name, and guardian's names if lost.
* Students will complete a cut and paste activity for when to call 911 and when not to call 911.
* Students will learn about bike safety and the signals used when riding a bike.
* Playground safety is also taught in this unit.
* Learning about stranger danger is outlined in this unit with a cut and paste activity.
* Lastly, students will learn about bullying and what it means to be bullied and what to do.
