About This Product
For Kindergarten Health there are seven standards that need to be taught to achieve healthy habits!
Unit 1 Personal Health

Unit 3 Nutrition and Physical Activity

Unit 5 Injury/ Violence Prevention Control and Safety
Unit 6 Prevention/Control of Disease

These units can be taught out of order. They are only numbered for your convenience.
Through using this Kindergarten Health: Unit 6, students will learn about disease prevention and how to control disease.
Included in this unit:
* Students will learn what germs are and how to prevent the spread of germs.
* Students will learn how to wash their hands to prevent the spread of germs. They will do an activity of cut and paste for hand washing.
* Students will understand the role of doctors and identify the role of some of the instruments that they use to care for your health needs.
* Also included is information on the coronavirus and how to prevent the spread of this disease and how to stay healthy.
Students will learn about disease prevention and how to stay healthy by controlling diseases.
