Mathematics Binder Covers – Templates for Classroom Use Organize your Math handouts, notes, and units with visual clarity Simple and flexible templates to help organize your Mathematics materials In my math classes, it can be a challenge to keep things organized - especially when it comes to multiple units, lab notes, worksheets and review materials. To make it easier for my students and myself, I designed these simple binder sleeves. There are 12 different pages. The covers have a clean, colorful blob layout that is friendly but not distracting. I usually print them out and use them as cover sheets or as dividers in folders for students or teachers. They also work well for digital learning environments, e.g. as section covers in PDF files or on classroom platforms. I like that the color scheme allows students to quickly find what they are looking for, and it brings a little more structure to a subject that is often riddled with formulas and technical terms. When used as cover sheets, students can choose their favorite color for their cover sheet. This resource is handy - and has saved me a lot of time in lesson preparation and follow-up. I created this water cycle science activity for young students who are beginning to learn how water moves through Earth’s systems. Each page focuses on a simple part of the water cycle, including evaporation, condensation, precipitation, and collection. The worksheets include clear diagrams, short explanations, and guided activities so students can understand the concept without feeling overwhelmed. This type of activity works well during science lessons, especially when students are being introduced to Earth science topics. It can be used as a whole-class activity, a science center, morning work, or extra practice after a lesson. I’ve used similar worksheets before, and students enjoy labeling diagrams and following the steps of the water cycle from start to finish. The pack is easy to print and works well in both color and black-and-white. It fits nicely into classroom routines and can also be used at home for review or reinforcement. I created these blobs-style backgrounds to add a friendly and creative touch to the resources I use with my students – and I now use them regularly across many different formats. Each background is designed in A4 format and comes in three file types (PNG, JPG, TIFF), so you can use them easily in PowerPoint, Canva, Word, or on your digital whiteboard. I made the blobs myself using Procreate, and they’ve quickly become a go-to design element for my materials – from flashcards to worksheet covers to game boards. Students will use the materials located inside this packet to learn basic facts about jaguars and then they will choose a report type to write a report about jaguars. Comprehension questions for the comprehension passage - These are questions to check for understanding of the informational passage. Special Adaptation Cards - These cards highlight special adaptations and traits that this animal has that help it live and thrive in its environment. Animal Research Recording Page - This is a single page report recording page that students can use to create their animal report. Animal Research Flip Book Template - This flip book is a great place for students to record their research on their animal, or this can be used as the report itself. Research Paper Writing Pages - Students can use these pages to write a paragraph (or 2) about the animal they researched. Research Poster Board Templates - These templates allow students to create a visual report about their animal.

Each chart goes from ones through hundred millions , giving students plenty of room to practice reading, writing, building, and understanding large whole numbers. I created this resource with the same chart layout in five different color combinations , so you can choose the version that works best for your classroom, small group, homeschool setting, or individual student. The color-coded periods make it easier for students to see the relationship between the ones, thousands, and millions periods without making the page feel crowded or overwhelming. These blank place value charts are useful for much more than simply identifying digit values. Students can use them while working with standard form, expanded form, word form, comparing numbers, rounding, and number sense activities . They also work well when students need a visual reference while solving problems involving larger whole numbers. The large blank spaces make these charts especially helpful for hands-on practice. Print a fresh copy for each activity, place one in a math notebook, or laminate the pages and use them again and again with dry-erase markers. This resource is a great choice for elementary math centers, small group math instruction, intervention, tutoring, morning work, homework practice, homeschool math, special education support, and one-on-one instruction . Daily Calendar Routine: High and Low Temperature Measurement K 1st 2nd

Here’s a quick way to include real-world math , finding the difference (subtraction), and number lines in your daily calendar routine each morning in kindergarten, 1st grade, or 2nd grade! Have your students record the day's high and the day's low temperature in your city on this large thermometer. Then you can find the difference : which is the daily temperature range! INCLUDES METRIC (℃) & IMPERIAL (℉) How to Use this Calendar Routine: • Note: This product is created to be printed on large 11x17 paper! • Print a large thermometer (with your preferred units C or F) in colour. • Laminate the thermometer. • Then hang it up as part of your morning calendar routine. • Each day, you will look up the day's high and the day's low temperature in your city. • With your students, record the date, the high temperature, and the low temperature on the laminated chart using a whiteboard marker. • Have one or two students come up to circle the high & low temperature on the thermometer. • Then students can help you calculate the difference between these two temperatures to determine the daily temperature range. Many strategies can be used: Counting the dashes in between the two numbers Using mental math or known benchmarks (make a 10) Using the standard subtraction algorithm How to Use This as a Worksheet: • You could also print a thermometer on legal-sized paper to use as a worksheet for your students to complete. This allows assessment of their knowledge of number lines measurement finding the difference integers (if using Celsius in the winter) Grades to Use With: This daily calendar routine is created for students in kindergarten, 1st grade, or 2nd grade. It could also be used in older elementary grades when introducing integers (if you use Celsius in the winter months). Finally, it could be used in life skills classes where appropriate.
