The My Continents and Oceans Packet is a perfect addition to your geography unit . Students will make their own books about the Continents and Oceans. It includes basic information such as the names of the continents and a map to color where they are located. Each continent has its own page to record basic information about the continent including the names of the oceans that border it and examples of countries in the continent. After using this packet, students will be able to locate each continent and ocean on a world map and identify some countries in the continent. It also includes a fun word search ! The word search includes an answer key, but pages for each continent do not include an answer key. It is great for independent and group work. It could also be completed as a non-fiction book report. This packet is targeted for grades 2-4 but could also be used in other grades. The continents of the world are generally covered in second grade. Use this alongside other geography packets for a comprehensive study on the continents. The 13-page PDF is in black and white for easy printing. All you have to do is print and go.
