This is a Physical Education Fitness Journey 4-Week Challenge that can be utilized at any time with any set of learners. Participants will be setting 1+ fitness goals for themselves that are attainable in their 50-minute physical education period.Goals can be cardio/aerobic, strength/resistance training, or flexibility/balance training. Depending on the exercises that students choose to focus on, they may have to set more or less goals.For example, if they choose a Cardio Goal such as jogging consecutively for 30 minutes at a time, without a break, that will take up the entire gym period. However, if they choose a Strength Goal such as 10 consecutive push-ups without a break, that may only take up 5-10 minutes of their gym period. This editable presentation will teach students about goal setting and give them slides to write down their goals.
