These syllable matching cards will be a great addition to your literacy instruction as students practice syllables. There are 22 pairs of cards. Students can say the picture they see and determine how many syllables are in that word. Then they will find the correct number to match the picture to. For example, "banana" would match with the number 3 card. These cards are printed in color. Print, cut and laminate for durability. This activity would work well in small groups or individual work.
