We are always looking for ways to teach our students new skills. Being able to tailor instruction to their learning styles is just one effective way to increase student engagement and set students up for success. Many of our students, from year to year, are visual and auditory learners. Most children (and even adults) can attest to their ability to better retain information that they have learned through music and song. Because of this, my resources seek to teach students skills through song. This particular resource is a1700 to 1773 History Song . This can be used in your social studies classroom with your elementary students. We are always looking for ways to teach our students new skills. Being able to tailor instruction to their learning styles is just one effective way to increase student engagement and set students up for success. Many of our students, from year to year, are visual and auditory learners. Most children (and even adults) can attest to their ability to better retain information that they have learned through music and song. Because of this, my resources seek to teach students skills through song. This particular resource is a1800 - 1849 History Song . This can be used in your social studies classroom with your elementary students. Included in this resource: -- 1800 - 1849 History Song MP4 video Student will love learning and reviewing U.S. history with the many details included here. You can use this video to introduce this segment in time for America and then use it again to review later on. You may choose to incorporate it into your lesson’s presentation, so it is easily accessible for you. Puss in Boots – Finger Puppet Theater This resource helps students retell the fairy tale Puss in Boots using finger puppets and printable backgrounds. It is designed for elementary students and supports reading fluency, storytelling, and creative expression. The material includes finger puppet templates in two versions: color and black-and-white. The color version is ready to print and use. The black-and-white version allows students to color and personalize the puppets. This activity can be used individually, in small groups, or in pairs.
