There are lesson slides and student slides; the lesson slides can be presented to students as an introduction or recap lesson of the concepts. The lesson slides are animated as well as have speaker notes. Student slides can be given to students to complete during the lesson or as homework after the lesson. There are 2 different presentations - 1 for the lesson and 1 answer slide presentation. These slides are made through Google Slides an animations may work better through Google Slides . I designed "The Kings of Judah Bible Character Study Activity Packs to help children get into the Bible for themselves, learn research skills, enhance reading and writing skills, increase vocabulary as well as teach ancient history from a Biblical perspective. This is the second set with a total of 5 sets planned. Each worksheet contains one of five kings with categories to fill in unique facts, including: The age that each person first became king. The time period each king reigned. Who the father/mother were (if available). How long each king reigned. A bonus table is also included with additional facts about the five kings that the student can search for the Bible. 5 kings are included in this second activity pack: Hezekiah Josiah Jotham Solomon Uzziah In addition to the worksheets, the set includes: An essay assignment for students to choose their favorite king so they can study more about the individual king while developing essay writing skills. A drawing assignment is also included to encourage non-writers and visual learners to participate in the activities. Resource links and Bible verse references are included to simplify research of the kings. A map of the area is also included which can be used to for a geography lesson on Judah and the surrounding areas. An answer key for the table is included. Five coloring pages which include the name of each king for copy writing and spelling practice. My Kings of Judah 2 Activity Pack will develop their critical thinking and writing skills, provide them with advanced reading practice, allow them to express their creativity, and teach them tons of interesting things about the kings discussed in the Bible. Recommend age group is kindergarten through 3rd grade; preschoolers can participate by completing the drawing and coloring assignments.
