This Letter R Beginning Sound Puzzles includes two piece puzzles for the letter R. These alphabet puzzles are great for letter recognition and identifying beginning sounds. There are 12 different puzzles for students to build for the letter R that cover the most common initial sound for the letter R. They provide a quick and easy activity for those students who need more practice with recognizing the letter R or for those students who need extra practice distinguishing between the initial sounds in words.
