They are only numbered for your convenience. At the end of each unit, there is an assessment to test students’ understanding. Through using this Health 1st Grade Unit 3: Nutrition and Physical Activity students will explore and learn to identify: * Students will be able to categorize healthy foods. * Students will be able to identify healthy foods and physical activities to help them stay healthy. * Students will be able to identify active verses inactive and understand the consequences of being active vs inactive At the end of the unit, there is an assessment to check for understanding.
