One is for the across number and the other is for the vertical number. It is like the game of Battleship where they will then answer the question where the 2 numbers intersect. If they get a repeat, they can answer any on that line (vertical or horizontal). They can try and get Bingo or Blackout. If anyone rolls a 6, they choose the question. This is a great activity to follow a lesson on self-care.

Cut a small part for its broken piece. Cut a small piece of the yellow pipe cleaner, then bend it and glue it to make its nose. Cut a piece of the pipe cleaner and make 2 circles. Paint the bottle cap with Chip's pattern. Glue both circles to the top and bottom of the bottle cap. Glue the bottle cap under the cup.
