Practice reading simple sentences with these letter I reading strips. Students will read words that begin with the letter I using the picture clue on each strip. There are 10 total reading strips that focus on both long I words and short I words included. All sentences are in the form of "I is for ___."
These letter I reading strips are suitable to preschool or kindergarten kids who are learning to identify the initial sound of the letter I. Students can sort between long and short vowel sounds, or simply read the strips to practice recognizing letter I words. These cards are perfect for introducing new vocabulary to students.
