From the author
In this rhyming activity, students name the pictures or read their labels, then sort ten basketball-shaped cards onto two hoop mats according to whether the words rhyme with ball.
Print the three activity pages and cut out the cards. Lamination is optional. The mats can be used in a literacy center or mounted inside a file folder; magnets or hook-and-loop fasteners are optional supplies. The five-page PDF also includes thank-you and credit pages.
