Next, students will learn new vocabulary by defining eight important terms including pressure, scorching, and submersible. Then, students will answer seven comprehension questions about the reading passage. This section encourages critical thinking, close reading, and analysis. Finally, students will complete a tripe Venn Diagram comparing and contrasting the challenges faced and supplies needed to explore each of the three extreme environments.
