This complete, no-prep lesson breaks it down into easy steps with fun activities (like researching how to remove stains and sorting a pretend laundry basket) included along the way! How to Use: Print a 6-page worksheet package for each student. On the first page, students learn how often to do laundry and wash certain items. On page two, students can research ways to remove 8 common stains OR you can teach it to them as they take notes. The third page discusses how to sort laundry. Students sort a sample basket of 10 types of items into two loads. For step 4, students learn about three common detergent types: liquid, strips, or pods.
