Acorn Coloring Pages - 59 Fall Themed Sheets for Autumn Art

About This Product
The first week the leaves turn, everybody wants a fall activity and nobody wants to prep one. These acorn coloring pages are the file I keep at the front of the September folder - fifty-nine designs, print and go.
What's Included
59 printable coloring designs in a 63-page PDF
Acorns of every kind: single acorns, oak leaf clusters, patterned acorns with layered scales, acorns in wreaths and borders
A mix of simple, chunky outlines for little hands and detailed patterned pages for students who like a challenge
A name and class cover page
A coloring tips sheet with six short pointers on layering color
How Teachers Use It
morning work during the first cool weeks of autumn
a fall art center that runs itself
a nature walk follow-up after the class collects real acorns outside
fine motor practice in PreK and kindergarten
a hallway display of colored acorns that takes ten minutes to put up
Why You'll Love It
The range inside one file is the reason to buy it. A four year old gets a fat, forgiving outline; a second grader gets an acorn with thirty little scales to shade separately, and both are working from the same set of acorn coloring pages at the same table. That's rare and it saves you printing two products.
The detailed pages are calming in a way that surprised me. My noisiest table goes silent for those.
Printing
Print in black and white on plain letter paper at 100 percent, no scaling and no borders. Copy paper handles crayon and colored pencil fine. If you want the finished fall coloring pages on a display board, print those few on card stock so marker doesn't bleed through.
