Creativity in Nature! Brownie Outdoor Art Creator Activity Booklet

This activity booklet will get kids outside exploring nature and having fun doing some crafts. It will also fulfill the Brownie Outdoor Art Creator badge for Girl Scouts. You can use this in your classroom or with your younger kids at home.

1. Outdoor Explore: Go on a scavenger hunt looking for shapes in nature and collect those natural objects to use in a craft.
   

2. Outdoor Art: Make a cute garden caterpillar out of a few supplies found outside and a few craft supplies found inside.

3. Outdoor Sounds: Art can also be found in movement in sounds, such as movement like an animal and yoga stretches.
   

4. Outdoor Photography: Explore nature up close and personal. Using a camera or phone, share the nature found with the group.
   

5. Outdoor nature artist: Go on a scavenger hunt and find all the objects on a list. Then, they use those items to create an imaginary fairy elf house, like birds and other animals that use nature to make their homes.
