Verb word fan: students cut out six blades (digs, makes, plays, wash, sell, build) and join them with a split pin
Hands-on tool to build before the sentence strips
Subject-object sentence strips: students add a verb between They, I, He, She, We and endings like the baby and curry
First set of strips for verb choice with the fan
Fill-in verbs: students choose a verb to complete She the violin, He the garden, It the dinner and I clothes
Second strip set for partner or small-group work
Verb choice sentences: students pick a fan verb to finish I dishes, They football, It holes and He the windows
Third strip set; check verb agreement with each subject
Completing sentences with verbs: They bread, We the bath, She potatoes, It pies and We sandcastles need a verb added
Final strip set to round out all 18 sentences
Sentence copying: students pick their 10 favourite completed sentences and write them out in joined handwriting
Follow-up writing task combining grammar and handwriting

About This Product
