Supermarket Sweep cover with game rules: roll a die, move around the aisles and check off foods on your shopping list
Read the rules aloud before students play in small groups
Game board: students roll and move along a path of food picture spaces such as apple, corn, broccoli, pizza and strawberry
Print in color as the shared board for each group
Shopping lists to read and check off: apple, water, peanut butter, bread and carrot; corn, banana, pizza and grapes
Cut apart and hand one list to each player
More shopping lists: jelly, mustard, lettuce, cake and hamburger; ice cream, chocolate, tomato, hotdog and French fries
More player lists; laminate to reuse with dry-erase markers
Player lists to match with board pictures: hamburger, banana, carrot, strawberry, corn, lettuce; broccoli, jelly and apple
Extra lists so larger groups each get their own
