Writing Simplified A - Guided Practice

This writing-based resource is designed for grade 3. It’s important to have proper writing and speaking skills in order to succeed in life. This program makes it easy to teach and learn the basics of writing. Students are led through the writing process with a focus on each of the four steps. Step 1: Brainstorm topics to write, based on what you already know. Step 2: A specific writing skill is featured in this activity to give students instruction on how to write. Step 3: Students can review proofreading concepts and practice proper grammar techniques. Step 4: The final step allows students to compile everything they have learned by actually writing on a topic. Aligned to the International Reading Association and National Council of Teachers of English Standards 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 12.
