How To Implement This Resource: You will print off enough copies for each student to have. Students will read the 3-page story titled “The Puffed Up Pig.” Because this is a comprehension activity, it’ll be most beneficial to allow students to read this story more than once. You might choose to begin by reading it as a whole group. For a second read, you can have students read it with a partner or in a small group. For a final read, have students read the story independently. When students have finished reading, they will select 2 characters from the story that they want to compare.
