Let's Chat Conversation Cards for "Positive Problem Solvers Rock" is a wonderful teaching resource to help students build a positive mindset and develop key social-emotional skills. This resource includes 57 sets of conversation starter cards to facilitate meaningful dialogue and perspective-taking among students. Implemented as part of the Respectful Ways program, these cards can be used in whole groups, small groups, or as a homework assignment. Focus topics promote compassion, perseverance, respect and responsibility. Initial data from partner districts has shown improved GPAs, attendance, and fewer referrals resulting from program implementation. This trauma-informed and PBIS/MTSS compatible resource comes with extensive additional supports like home connects, signage, an assessment survey, targeted intervention modules, and custom professional development.
