Learners will use the repetitive words to read through the 14 pages. They’ll practice number identification, counting 1-10, and 1-to-1 correspondence using a variety of animals found in the Congo rainforest.

This interactive version will allow your learners to personalize the book. They’ll practice the aforementioned skills, while also writing numerals 1-10, reading color words, and following 1-step instructions.
WORKSHEETS 1 & 2: learners will identify numbers 0-10, write the numbers on the line, and count the corresponding markings on each rainforest snake.
WORKSHEET 3: learners will identify numbers and color names, then color the corresponding number of rainforest animals in each column.
WORKSHEET 4: learners will count the groups of rainforest animals and write the corresponding number on the line.
WORKSHEET 5: learners will identify numbers and cross out the group of rainforest fruits that do not match the numbers.
