Endangered Animals word search, scramble and crossword

⭐I made this endangered animals puzzle set for my 4th graders during our conservation unit. The kids were sad watching videos about animals disappearing but they still needed to learn the vocabulary. So I put together a word search, a word scramble, and a crossword using words like panda, tiger, rhino, orangutan, sea turtle, habitat, extinct, and protect. Nothing fancy — just puzzles to keep them engaged.

⭐The PDF is four pages. Three puzzles plus one answer key page. The word search is good for quiet time. The scramble gets them talking because they struggle with "orangutan" every single time. The crossword I save for partners. I added a couple simple paw print and heart drawings but nothing too distracting.

⭐Works for 3rd through 5th grade. Print and go. Sometimes I ask early finishers to pick one animal and write one way to help it on the back. The kids pay more attention to these than they do to my regular worksheets.
