This resource serves as a primary source analysis for Hitler's Directive No. 51. This order was given to his generals shortly before D-Day. Students will be able to read this directive, interpret it and then answer 6 short answer questions.

This is a copy of Directive 51, issued by Hitler seven months before D-Day, it instructs his generals on how to prepare for the Anglo-American landing. Great for use as a primary source in the classroom. This package comes complete with the full document with Hitler's signature added to the bottom of the telegram and six questions about the document on a second page (also includes two D-Day pictures). The third page is a teacher answer key!
