Teaching tips

  • Use the Kindergarten tab's two filled-in example rows as a model before entering real caseload data on the other grade-level tabs, since only that tab includes a worked example

  • Because the file is a standard editable spreadsheet, columns can be added, removed, or reordered to match a school's own IEP tracking requirements

  • Review the annual/re-evaluation entries regularly. If you need chronological sorting, put each date in its own date-formatted column first
