SPED Caseload Compliance Tracker: IEP Dates, Re-Evals + Minutes

About This Product
This caseload compliance tracker puts every IEP date for your whole SPED caseload on paper where you can see it: annual IEP due dates, re-evaluations, service minutes, related services, progress report dates, and the secondary transition items most teams track.
Why I made this: Every case manager I know has had a due date sneak up on them. The district system holds the dates, but it does not tap you on the shoulder. I keep a paper backup in a private binder and check it on the first school day of every month. It takes about 15 minutes, and it has saved me more than once.
What's included:
• Cover and how-to page
• Caseload at a glance
• Year-at-a-glance due dates
• Annual IEP timeline tracker
• Re-evaluation tracker
• Service minutes tracker (monthly)
• Related services tracker
• Progress report schedule
• Secondary transition requirements checklist
• Monthly compliance check
How I use it: Fill in Caseload at a Glance from your district system at the start of the year, then copy each date onto the year calendar. Use initials or ID numbers and keep it locked up. Log service minutes weekly. Do the monthly check on the first school day of each month. Timelines vary by state, so check your own rules.
Who it is for: secondary SPED teachers, case managers, transition coordinators, and paras on grades 6 to 12 and 18-21 transition teams.
What you download: one printable PDF, 11 pages, US Letter, with write-on lines and tables.
Real buildings vary. Fill in your own names, dates, and local rules. Always follow your state and district policies.
Good to know: this is a paper backup, not a replacement for your district system. Fill in the caseload page first, copy the dates onto the year calendar, and set a reminder for the first school day of each month. Timelines differ by state, so use your own state rules for the actual due dates.
