This set of Sound Swap Phonics Worksheets will allow your students to practice phoneme manipulation – the technique of replacing one sound in a word and creating a completely new word! Your kids will practice exchanging initial sounds (e.g., “cat” to “bat”), manipulating medial vowels (e.g., “pen” to “pan”), and exchanging final sounds (e.g., “bus” to “bug”)!
