Rainforest Animals word search, scramble and crossword

⭐I made this rainforest animals puzzle set for my 3rd and 4th graders during our ecosystems unit. The kids were excited about monkeys and sloths but shut down when I handed them vocabulary lists. So I put together a word search, a word scramble, and a crossword using words like toucan, jaguar, anaconda, tree frog, gorilla, parrot, and canopy. Nothing fancy — just puzzles that keep them learning without complaining.

⭐ The PDF is four pages. Three puzzles plus one answer key page. The word search works well for quiet time after recess. The scramble gets them talking because they mix up letters on words like "chameleon." The crossword I use for partners. I added a few simple leaf and frog drawings but nothing too busy.

⭐ Works for 2nd through 5th grade. Print and go. Sometimes I have early finishers pick one animal from any puzzle and write one fact about it on the back. The kids actually enjoy these more than my regular worksheets.
