The Wind Powered Car: Cross Curricular STEM Project (Grades 3-5)

The Wind Powered Car is an engaging cross-curricular STEM project for grades 3-5 that spans several days. Students will read about alternative energy, design and construct a prototype of a wind-powered car, collect and analyze data, create line plot graphs, and write an informational "how-to" piece. This project integrates reading, writing, math, and science standards with hands-on learning.
