This nine-page math practice bundle includes a six-page thirty-question test, a one-page answer key and a two-page teacher guide. All questions are multiple choice, with a suggested working time of sixty minutes.

Topics include arithmetic, fractions, time, measurement and geometry. Use selected questions for review or independent practice, then identify missed skills from the questions themselves. Correct the guide’s overlapping classroom score ranges before using them; they are not official SOL score conversions.

Use the guide’s sixty-minute suggestion flexibly and apply the supports your students need.
Group errors by the actual question content. For example, questions 27–30 concern place value, equivalent fractions, distance and an angle, despite being labeled probability/statistics in the guide.
If using the guide’s classroom percentage bands, avoid overlap: 27–30 is 90–100%, 21–26 is 70–under90%, 15–20 is 50–under70%, and 0–14 is under50%. These local bands are not official SOL score conversions.

Multi-digit addition and subtraction — students compute sums and differences such as 347 + 256 and 700 minus 368.
Fraction operations and comparison — students add unlike fractions (1/2 + 1/4) and compare fractions using <, >, or =.
