Each card also includes a bold and colorful image to illustrate each sentence and to help students to learn the meanings of each word. What is Included: This resource includes one reading ring for the prefix de. There are seven cards each featuring a different word with the prefix de. The words included in this set are: defrost, depleted, deciduous, decision, deflate, defended, descended, designated, depend, deconstructed, and described. When to Use Early Finishers - If students finish their work early, they can use these reading rings for extra practice. Small Group Work - Teachers can use these reading rings to target small groups of students who need more practice reading words with prefixes. Independent Practice - Students can work independently at their desks to read this set of prefix cards.
