You will print this single page, laminate it for durability and cut out each of the cards. Students will pair the beginning consonant with the –at card. Students should be encouraged to blend the sounds to determine the final word. There are 8 cards to make the following words: Bat Cat Rat Mat Hat Sat Pat Fat Each card features an image that will provide a visual clue for what the word is.
