About This Product

Ten station cards give secondary students simple fitness tasks such as marching, arm circles, and tossing a flying disc. Each card lists a clear modification so students with different physical and sensory needs can take part. A data sheet tracks completion for each station. The stations work for ages 14 to 21 in adapted PE or classroom movement breaks. Print, cut, and place the cards around the gym, classroom, or hallway. Materials stay simple with cones and a timer. Students rotate through the stations in small groups or work alone with staff support. The activities are age appropriate and use original content with no characters or brand names. Teachers can choose a few stations for a short break or run all ten for a full class period. Use the modifications to adjust the pace, the distance, or the movement so every student can succeed. The data sheet helps document participation across several sessions for goals and progress notes. Print and go with minimal preparation, and use the stations again each fall. Made by Jeremy D. Gooch, special education teacher and transition coordinator. Drafting and layout had AI assistance; every page was checked by me.
