The Transition Cliff

The Transition Cliff is run by Jeremy Gooch, is an 20+ educator. He is a De-Escalation Trainer and transition coordinator. For 15 years he has trained school staff in crisis prevention and deescalation, and that work shapes everything in the shop. You will find printable resources for secondary special education: job skills task cards and task boxes, functional reading for daily life, IEP transition planning tools, adapted PE units, and calm, practical training for paras and teams. Many sets come in leveled versions, so one download can work for a mixed group. Each resource is built to be printed and used the same day, with clear directions and very little prep.
