Adapted PE Fitness Stations: 12 Inclusive Station Cards, Levels A-C

About This Product
Inclusive PE fitness stations for middle and high school. Every station has three levels, so students pick the version that fits their body that day. No fitness testing and no comparing students.
Why I made this: I wanted a fitness day where every student works at their own level and tracks their own progress over a few weeks, instead of being compared with the rest of the class.
What's included:
• Teacher overview with the level system, setup checklist, suggested formats, inclusion language, and safety notes
• 12 station cards: Set A (stations 1 to 6) and Set B (stations 7 to 12), each with Level A, B, and C options
• Student fitness choice board
• Personal progress log for self referenced goals over 2 to 4 weeks
• Exit tickets, a weekly reflection, and a teacher quick sort
How I use it: Print Station Cards Set A and post them, stage Level A equipment at every station, teach how to choose a level, rotate, then hand out exit tickets in the last 3 minutes.
Who it is for: middle and high school PE, adapted PE, and inclusive or co taught classes. Use them for fitness days, station rotations, students with IEP or 504 accommodations, and classes with a wide range of ability.
What you download: one printable PDF, 13 pages, US Letter, starting with a Start Here page and ending with terms of use and a short thank you page.
