Three math mazes chain real-world word problems into a path from a "Ready, Set, Go!" start box to a finish box, where each answer directs the student to the next problem. The first maze covers fourteen perimeter problems — a window-frame cost, laps around a school building, a hexagon's side length — the second covers fourteen area problems, including a flower garden's soil bags and a living-room carpet order, and the third mixes area and perimeter problems in one maze for review. Every maze has a matching page labeled "Answer Key" with the same layout, and a cover page marks the set for grades 3-5.

Students will start at the box that is titled “Ready, Set, Go!”.

They will use their answers to guide them to the end of the maze.

You may have students show their work on a separate sheet of paper and staple it to the back of this worksheet.

Students may enjoy this as a whole group, small group or station activity.

There are 3 versions to choose from.
