Paper gingerbread house cover: photos of a finished brown card house with foam decorations, plus a materials list
Gather card, paint, glue and craft supplies before starting
Craft instructions: eight steps to cut, paint, fold and assemble the card house walls, then balance the roof on top
Read aloud before handing out the templates
Front panel cut-out piece: house front with a round cross-paned window, an arched door and two dotted cut slits
Print on card; students paint it brown

You will need: white card, brown paint, felt tip pens, any kids craft supplies you have to hand (such as sequins, foam shapes, glitter, buttons, stickers etc.), glue, and scissors.
