Engage your students by using fun and engaging language and communication matching activities, such as boards and task cards, to teach and practise English category vocabulary definitions. The selection of the correct picture to match the sentence definitions, or vice versa, has been shown to improve vocabulary and reading comprehension skills through the use of visual aids.
