Job Interview Start-to-Finish Bundle: Three Step-Card Sets, SPED

About This Product
A job interview is not one skill. It is a whole day of them. Students have to get ready the night before, show up on time, sit through the conversation, and then follow up while they wait. This bundle covers the entire day in three step-by-step card sets, all in the same format, so students learn one system instead of three.
Every set has one step per card, clear pictures, three levels of support, a What If? page for the moments that go sideways, and a teacher page with an IEP goal idea and a data sheet.
I've worked in special education for over 20 years. I have watched plenty of capable students lose a job interview over small things: no resume, a missed call, nerves in the lobby. This bundle is built to cover those.
What's included (3 resources):
• Getting Ready for a Job Interview Step-by-Step Cards | Levels A/B/C | Transition (24 steps, 17 pages)
• During the Job Interview Step-by-Step Cards | Levels A/B/C | Transition Skills (24 steps, 12 practice questions, sentence-starter bank, 19 pages)
• After the Interview Follow-Up Cards | Thank-You Note + Scripts | Levels A/B/C (18 steps, thank-you and check-in templates, 18 pages)
Suggested 3-week plan:
• Week 1: Getting Ready cards. Pack real folders, rehearse the check-in line, and send the night-before steps home.
• Week 2: During the Interview cards. Run short mock interviews with an unfamiliar staff member, one phase at a time.
• Week 3: After the Interview cards. Send real thank-yous, practice phone calls, and run one full mock interview from the night before to the thank-you note.
Use the same prompt key (full model, partial model, gesture, verbal, independent) across all three data sheets so progress lines up.
Who it is for: high school special education, transition programs for ages 18 to 21, vocational and work-based learning teams, and families. Grades 9 to 12 and adult transition.
Also included: a 2-page Start Here guide with a 3-week plan and an Interview Day Map.
