My Journals - Sorting, Reading & Writing

This resource puts three related titles together into one resource. My Sorting Journal encourages students to keep track of words they learn by sorting them into related lists. My Reading Journal acts as a reference for students to keep track of the books they read. For each entry, students are encouraged to list the title and author of the book, write a short description of the story, draw a picture that highlights the key events of the story, and give it a rating of how good it was. My Writing Journal encourages students to write each and every day. Included in this resource is a bank of frequently misspelled words as well as topic ideas to get students writing.
