This resource consists of 8 pages of worksheets. It is in a PDF format and printable. Also, it can be imported to the GoodNotes app or any note app on iPads or tablets.
The first page is the cover. Kids can color adorable elements and draw about their summer break.
The second page is for writing summer goals and dreams. Kids have to draw, color, and write three things that they want to do in the summer break.
The third page is the summer reading challenge. They have to fill in a reading log (book title, author, finished date, and rating). Also, they have to draw, color, and write about their favorite books.
The fourth page is the summer science exploring journal. They have to draw, color, and write about the weather, a plant they grow, and an insect they see.
The fifth page is about basic operations problems and a time-telling drawing.
The sixth page is for three creative writings in a summer theme. (If I were a dolphin topic, dream summer activities, summer acrostic poem)
The seventh and eighth pages are for creative writings and drawings about the summer break and the next educational year.
Kids will increase their creativity by drawing, writing about these activities, and coloring lovely elements on the pages. Hopefully they will enjoy and engage with this journal!
