World Heritage Sites These sites are from UNESCO’s Heritage List. There are 43 sites with names and very short descriptions in brackets. I have chosen sites with reasonably short names to fit the puzzle. Some examples: Machu Picchu (City from 15th century), Iguazú (National park with waterfalls), Qhapaq Ñan (Andean road system), Teotihuacan (Large ancient city with Pyramids) and Chichen-Itza (Great Mayan city that flourished almost 1,000 years).

 All answers are included.

How to use: Words can be vertically, horizontally or diagonally. If there is a spacebar or - in the name, it is omitted in the word search. These word searches are best suitable for upper elementary or middle school students.
