Product description
From the author
Help fifth graders record science progress after teacher feedback. Students shade a bar for each expectation, then update the tracker after later learning tasks.
The 11-page PDF includes eight tracking sheets: physical science, life science, Earth and space science, and engineering design, each in two proficiency-scale versions. One uses levels 1–4; the other adds level 2.5. The four domains contain 16 distinct expectation columns, including three grades 3–5 engineering expectations.
Provide the science tasks and proficiency feedback separately; these are tracking sheets, not assessments or lessons.
