Print whichever of the two versions matches the paper the setting stocks - the US Letter and A4 files carry identical wording
The "For successfully completing" line is deliberately open, so the same card covers a moving-up ceremony, a preschool graduation or the end of a nursery year depending on what is written there
Take the Canva route when a whole group is being awarded at once - typed names print faster and more legibly than a hand-written set, and the printed version stays available for late additions
Leave the Date and Signature line until the ceremony itself if the cards are being signed and handed over in front of families

Skills covered

Award preparation - a teacher completes four printed prompts with the child's name, the achievement, the date and a signature.
Ceremony presentation - the card is laid out for a hand-over moment, with the signature line left for the presenting adult to sign.

Questions teachers ask about this resource

What is already printed on the card, and what is left blank?

The heading MOVING UP Certificate is printed, along with three prompts: Presented to, For successfully completing, and a Date and Signature line across the foot. The child's name, the achievement, the date and the signature are all left to be added.

Does the certificate come in more than one paper size?

Yes. The same design is supplied twice, once set up for A4 and once for US Letter, with identical wording on both.

How is each card personalised?

Two ways. The print-ready versions leave the name, achievement, date and signature blank to be written in by hand, and a link page in the download opens the same design in Canva so the details can be typed before printing.
