The grammar on Y and EN is explained in English and there are many activities so your students can practice each aspects covered. All answers are included.
You will also be able to test your students using the grammar test included, should you wish to do so. Again, answers to the test are included.
A Powerpoint of 30 slides contains all descriptions, activities and answers. You can use the worksheet versions along side the presentation (or instead of it).

Students will identify which French verbs take the preposition à (paired with Y) versus de (paired with EN) when followed by an inanimate object.
Students will translate English sentences into French using Y and EN, including imperative forms such as "Think about it!" and "Let's go!"
Students will reorder scrambled sentences using direct and indirect object pronouns together, combining Y/EN with prior pronoun knowledge.
Teaching tips
Teach Practices 1 and 3 (identifying à-verbs vs. de-verbs) before the rewriting practices, since students need to recognize the correct preposition before they can choose Y or EN.
Use the practice worksheet and its separate answer key for graded independent work, and reserve the 30-slide presentation (with built-in answers) for guided in-class review.
Assign the standalone test only after all seven practice sets, since Practice 7 specifically reviews Y and EN alongside direct and indirect object pronouns from prior units.
Skills covered
