Four dismissal tags, one each for Walker, Car Rider, Bus Rider and Daycare, fit on a single printable page. Each tag measures 3.5 × 3.1 inches at 100% print size and pairs a large mode label with a matching picture: a walking figure, a car, a bus or a building.
Every tag has a line for the learner's name and a line for the teacher or class. The third line changes with the mode: meeting spot or group for walkers, pickup code or zone for car riders, bus or route for bus riders, and program or route for daycare. A short note at the top tells adults to fill in each tag from the learner's approved dismissal plan, print at 100%, cut on the dashed borders, attach the tag as your school's routine directs, and update it after an approved change. The tags leave out home addresses, phone numbers and other personal details.
