Students can learn about basic feelings and emotions with these Easter egg feelings and emotions cards and playdough activity. This Easter activity will make a great Easter theme for students who are learning about emotions and feelings that are common to them. What is Included: There are 12 different clover feelings and emotions cards for students to look at and view. There is also a playdough mat for students to build faces on to express those same feelings and emotions. How to Use: The students will choose which of the Easter egg mats they would like to use to build their faces on. They will then choose an egg emotions card and attempt to recreate the feeling on their mat using playdough. When to Use: Fine Motor Center - This feelings and emotions activity can be used in a fine motor center by simply placing the cards, mats and playdough in the center . Students can work independently or with a partner to complete these cards. Morning Activity - These mats and cards can be placed inside a morning tub or basket for students to work on as classmates arrive to class. Quiet Activity - These mats and cards make a great quiet time activity for students who do not nap. An adorable Easter Memory Game . 12 Easter matches! Make your class Easter Party extra special this year! Not only do these cards feature an Easter-related picture, but they also have the corresponding word printed underneath each picture. They will get to work their brains to try and remember where they saw a certain image, but they will also be able to retrieve where they saw a certain word. This is great differentiation for young learners. They will love playing this memory game and ramping up the competition along the way. This is a great game for a class party, family party, or to spice up your school day and celebrate an upcoming holiday! This game can be used with all grades and ages. How to Use This: Print out all the pages. Cut apart all the cards. Then lightly glue each back to a front. Run through a laminator and then cut apart each pieces. Lay pieces flat and upside down. Take turns with your students to turn over 2 at a time. When you find a match, you get to keep the match and take another turn. If the two cards you turn over are not a match then you flip them back over and the next person gets to take a turn. When all the cards have been turned over and matched up, then the game is over. The winner is the one who has found the most matches! Cards are printed 4 per page. When you laminate these cards, they will be a timeless activity to use again and again from year to year.
